Why is King George being so stubborn?

King George the rants of a King with out a mirror!

In all the speech's King George has made over the last 2 weeks up to the State of the Union the only thing I have heard him say is that if we lose in Iraq that would be "bad". What the hell does that mean? Think about it, that's what you say to your 3 year old when he or she is about to pull the table cloth off a table set with your best China. Is it bad because you will be looked upon as a buffoon, that the legacy your father has left in your care will be tarnished beyond repair, that your big oil friends pulling on your puppet strings are holding the scissors in one hand? Bad, Bad in what way, bad for whom, bad WHY ? A simple question but you fail to answer or are you dodging the answer or is it that you think the American Adult is little more then a three year old and could not possibly understand the complexity of your behavior? Sorry I have to stop for a moment to stop laughing at you King George. Look in the mirror not only are you wearing no cloths sir but you are the intellectually challenged.

It is the same kind of double speak we got when you sir put us into this conflict in the first place and you think we have any trust left for you now? Your opinion sir of the intelligence of the American people is to treat us like a group of children fighting over a squeaky toy from the $1 store. King George we are as a nation far more capable of grasping concepts then you, if truth be told I believe it is you sir who has no grasp on reality or the intellectual capability to grasp the consequences of your actions.

King George your actions and words suggest your opinion of the American People is one of contempt for us. I find that truly insulting coming from you. For a President (self anointed King) to talk down to us and to refuse to explain your actions, actions that are costing us not you the lives of our sons, daughters, spouses and parents is the most arrogant attitude since the last King George ruled over us 231 years ago. No man, woman, King or President has the right to dismiss the citizens of this country on so such a serious manner by just refusing to explain your actions.

Look at the evidence, you have repeatedly authorized the removal of our basic rights to free speech and privacy, all under the parental statement you are was keeping us safe. You have spent our country in to near bankruptcy while mortgaging our debt out to the rest of the world so we no longer control our own future. You have the military so stretched that if something else happens out side of Iraq we will not be able to respond. You Sir need to look closely in that mirror and see what we see.

Mirror Image see what we see

It is time and time is short for Congress to stand up and challenge King George the way the patriots did 240 years ago. It is time to bring home our troops who have served us all so gallantly and with such distinction. It is time to cut up King George's charge card. Time has long past for the reaffirmation of our basic rights of speech and privacy. Senators and Congressmen failing to step up to the task at hand will only risk damaging the spirit with in our country and suggest you are little better then that man in the mirror. We are demanding your action we are hoping the intellect you profess is true and you will stop a tyrannical King from damaging our country beyond repair.

We the People... want a change, need a change and demanded a change in November.

Lets get to it!

Welcome

Hi
I would like to introduce myself I am an active democratic Activist with over 35 years of working for Campaigns from Clinton, Al Gore, John Kerry, to governors races in Massachusetts all the way down to local School committee campaigns. I have filled roles from Campaign manager to field volunteer and everything in between. I ran for a State Representative seat in 2004 finishing 2nd in the democratic Primary when only 7% of the voters turned out to vote with a field of 4 candidates. I realized then the level of voter apathy with politics in general and recognized the need for change. Thus the name of this blog We the People to Form ....

My profession is as an economist I focus on Green building projects the Economic viability of building green versus conventional construction.

I also work with a group of close friends and activists called Victory Associates we maintain a web page www.flipthehouse.us and were very active in this last cycle lending key support to 5 candidates for the US House and seeing 3 win 2 in Conn. and 1 in NH.

We maintain a list serve and a blog from this site as well.

I started this new blog to express my own opinions about the current situation we find this country in, My objections to the Bush Administration and my opinions on what the Democrats need and should do to prove to the majority of Americans that they hear and know what the Priorities of the Middle Class really are. I also wanted to raise more attention to Victory Associates and our plans to help move a moderate progressive agenda forward in the next national election in 2008. Look for more details at our web site.

Thank You for reading this and I hope you enjoy reading my other opinions as time goes on.
